Hi Val.  You know what?  I think I must be in lala land but my dream is for the builder (I can't 'member his name) to take our house in trade (It has nearly 5,000 sq. ft) for the other condo besides this one that isn't being shown on the net.

Hi Val.We live on a corner lot in Kenmore within walking distance of the Metro bus& within 15 - 20 min's of 3 hospitals. Also close to grocery stores. The ground level floor has a hot tub room with separate full bath-room; a recreation room, 2 bedrooms, laundry room and a wine room.  Upstairs, the actual living area; living room, kitchen, a very large dining room, my office which used to be a bedroom & 2 more bedrooms. A guest bathroom & a master bedroom bathroom.  The master bedroom is huge approx. 20x20 with a sitting area.  We used to have a view but unfortunately the trees grew up.

It's really a house for a large family, however, we did have somebody come in at one time & really wanted to purchase it for an Assisted Living Home. It didn't work out because they were too heavily mortgage with other houses at that time. We also have a 2 car garage as well as an attached boat port.

I'm going to attempt to scan the only pictue I have right now & hopefully you can make it out.
