The times of lowballing and getting away with it are over. Sure a short sale owner will bite but will it close? I am not seeing it working anymore. Banks are obviously getting more out incenteves out of a foreclosure than they are from taking a higher offer before repossesingthe property-Dinah Lee
Dinah - EXACTLY. Those days are gone it seems. I have written 3 offers that have all ended up in multiple offers as they were a good value and new on the market as non-distressed homes.Buyers that are serious and find something that they want need to come in strong and quick or the next buyer is right on their heels! The bank owned properties are bringing our values down as well but the buyers are extremely cautious (as they should be) in their inspections because of the many unknown things of the home. thanks for stopping in !
I have sold 5 non-distressed properties in the last 2 months.......and no foreclosed properties! We are seeing multiple offers too! Business is good!
