Fall is here both on the calendar and in the air!
As well as the upcoming end to the First Time Home-buyer tax Credit ...
In order to be eligible for the credit, you must close the home by November 30, 2009! That does not leave much time if you think about it, because a normal home sale transaction (lender dependent as well as various other factors), takes on the average 30-45 days to close.
And if what I think will happen, happens - we will see an increase in the number of buyers writing offers on homes for sale in LakeLand Village as well as the surrounding areas;
which also means the lenders will be busy -which could in turn delay your transaction! So the sooner the better!
Don't delay! Get on out there and find the right home for sale for you!

There are two contingent homes for sale (the buyer has to sell their current home first in order to complete the purchase of the new home); it's been a long time since we have seen contingent sales popping up as well. The two contingent sales are at

There are two pending homes for sale in LakeLand Village

The average price is $224,900;

There was only one written offer that was accepted during the month of September which happened to be one of the contingent homes for sale noted above.
Sold properties in LakeLand Village for the month of September were not extremely impressive with only two clocking in for sold properties.

with an average of dollars per square foot of $117.15;

and an average of days on the market of 230.

There's still plenty of great homes for sale in LakeLand Village as well as the surrounding areas to choose from! There's something out there for just about everyone.
For those of you who do not know about LakeLand Village, it is a small residential golf course and lake community nestled above the small town of Allyn, WA (check this LakeLand Link out). Allyn, WA as well as LakeLand Village offers many amenities as does the surrounding area of Southern Puget Sound and Hood Canal.
