Good blog Valerie. I specialize in First time home buyers in Orlando and my suggestion is the first step is always the lender. If they happen to find me first fine, but we dont do anything until they speak with the lender.

Very well written and excellent information for home buyers, Val. I completely agree and see more buyers stepping up, especially intelligent people who will plan to live in their home for at least 2 years so they can sell and avoid capital gains tax.
